What is your Shipping Policy?
For all orders of $50 or more in the United States, Viva Day Spa offers free economy shipping (5-8 business days). For all orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $5.95 for economy shipping (5-8 business days) will be applied.
Free shipping does not apply to orders outside of the United States. Please contact shop@vivadayspa.com to learn more about international shipping options and rates.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your Return Policy for Products?
We hope you love everything you order from Viva Day Spa! If you are not completely satisfied, please return your product or gift to Viva Day Spa within 30 days of the purchase date. Products and gifts must be unopened, unused and undamaged.

Gift Certificates
Can I use a Gift Certificate to purchase products?
Viva Day Spa + Med Spa gift certificates can be used to purchase from this store, however you will need to call the spa to complete your transaction at 512-300-2256.
How do I buy Gift Certificates?
Gift certificates can be purchased online or in person at any of our Viva Day Spa locations: Viva at Domain Northside, Viva on Lamar or Viva on 35th. Or simply call (512) 300-2256 and place your order over the phone.
Auto-Replenishment
How do I join Viva’s Auto-Replenishment program?
To opt into Viva’s Auto-Replenishment program, simply select the Auto-Replenishment option on your desired product on shop.vivadayspa.com, select your preferred shipment frequency and then check out as normal.
What will happen after I join Viva’s Auto-Replenishment service?
After you join Viva's Auto-Replenishment program service, you will receive an email notifying you about your Auto-Replenishment order. This email will include a link to access your account where you can manage your subscriptions, future orders, Auto-Replenishment products and account information such as billing and address details.
We will place your Auto-Replenishment orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder 10 days before each Auto-Replenishment order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Auto-Replenishment account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your replenishment, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.
How do I make changes to my Auto-Replenishment order?
You can change your next Auto-Replenishment order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel an order by visiting the Subscriptions section in your account on shop.vivadayspa.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Change an order date: To change your next order date, please visit the Subscriptions section within your account, click the Reschedule button, then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire Auto-Replenishment order.
Skip a delivery: To skip an Auto-Replenishment order, please visit the Subscriptions section within your account and click the Skip payment link to the right of the upcoming order date to skip the entire order.
Change shipment frequency: To modify the delivery frequency for an Auto-Replenishment item, please visit the Subscriptions section within your account. Click on the product subscription, then click “Edit” under the Subscription section. The current delivery frequency is displayed below the auto-replenishment item in a dropdown menu next to “Repeats every”. To change the delivery frequency for an individual auto-replenishment item, simply click the frequency dropdown next to the item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the dropdown menu.
Send an order now: To send an Auto-Replenishment order now, please visit the Subscriptions section within your account, choose your product subscription, click the “Place new order” button, then “Place an order now” to send the order.
Cancel Auto-Replenishment item: To cancel an Auto-Replenishment item, please visit the Subscriptions section within your account, choose your existing subscription, and click the red “Cancel my subscription” button. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected a cancel reason and clicked the Cancel subscription” button, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will receive an email notification confirming this action. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
How do I make changes to my Auto-Replenishment program account information?
To review or modify your Auto-Replenishment account information, visit the Subscriptions section in your account on shop.vivadayspa.com.
To change your shipping address for an order, click the Edit link located to the right of the current shipping information and update your shipping address. This address will apply to future Auto-Replenishment orders unless otherwise noted.
To change your payment method for an order, click the Edit link located to the right of the current payment method. A secure link will be sent to your email where you can update your payment details. This billing information will apply to future Auto-Replenishment orders.
Please remember to press Save and verify that your updated information was updated successfully. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
How do I view my future deliveries?
Your very next scheduled orders will be listed in the Subscriptions section in your account on shop.vivadayspa.com.
How do I combine items to be in the same order?
Auto-Replenishment items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order. If you have more than one Auto-Replenishment item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply visit the Subscriptions section of your account and change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.
Can I add items to my next order with an existing Auto-Replenishment order?
Yes, you can add items to your next Auto-Replenishment order. To add items to an existing Auto-Replenishment order, log into your account at shop.vivadayspa.com and click on the existing subscription you wish to add to your order. Under Items, use the Edit link to click “Add item” and add the item as a subscription item or one-time purchase.
Please remember to press Save and verify that your additional items are added successfully.
